Meet Our Administrative Team
At Glacier Dental, we have a team of multi-talented Administrative team members who enable us to provide the care and comfort each patient needs. Our friendly team will educate you about your dental health and procedures, so that you can make an informed decision for your overall health. Madisyn
Madisyn is one of our bubbly Patient Coordinators and may be the first person you see upon entering our office or the first voice you hear on the phones. Her goal is to make sure that you feel comfortable in her presence and enjoy coming to the dentist and have a great experience with us! She is also the face behind a few of our social media pages.
Madisyn is originally from a small town in Illinois, but has resided in Oshkosh for some time now and has loved every second of it. She is excited to serve the amazing community that has welcomed her with open arms. Outside of dentistry she enjoys shopping local, spending time with friends and family, and trying out new restaurants.
Sommer
Sommer is one of our Patient Coordinators whose passion lies in helping patients with finances and insurance. One of her favorite things about working at Glacier Dental is being able to connect and get to know the patients that walk through our doors at each and every visit. In the future, you will see Sommer not only in the front office, but the back office as well as she uses her love for dentistry to become a trained Dental Assistant.
Outside of helping patients with their dental care, Sommer enjoys playing with her puppy Mabel, tending to her many plants, and listening to music of all kinds. In the summer, she enjoys going for long bike rides and hiking with her partner Keller and pup Mabel.
Autumn
Meet Autumn, a caring Patient Coordinator with several years of various dental office experience. She may be the first voice you hear on the phone when calling the office, or one of the last smiling faces you see when you leave. Late 2024, Autumn will begin her pursuit of a dental hygiene degree, driven by her desire to enhance people's smiles and oral health.
Autumn finds joy in transforming smiles and believes in educating others about best practices and best options. Outside the office, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her family, exploring new places, shopping, and cooking.
With her genuine care and passion, Autumn is more than a seasoned patient coordinator, she's a future dental professional dedicated to spreading smiles and wellness to everyone who walks through out doors.
Malina
Malina is likely the first person to greet you when you enter our office. She is one of our warm welcoming Patient Coordinators who is ready to assit you from the moment you walk in ensuring your experience with us is off to a great start.
With many years of experience in retail, Malina understands what it means to provide a great experience from the first to the last step in our office while overcoming any specific needs or barriers you may have. In addition to this, she is currently enrolled in online schooling perfecting her knowledge with insurance coding and billing which provides her with a unique skillset in the dental community.
Outside of the office she enjoys taking walks in the park with her two young children or anything that allows her to spend the most time outdoors and soaking up the sunshine.
