 Meet Our Administrative Team

At Glacier Dental, we have a team of multi-talented Administrative team members who enable us to provide the care and comfort each patient needs. Our friendly team will educate you about your dental health and procedures, so that you can make an informed decision for your overall health. Our team ethically serves our patients, team, and our community through our office core values and L3 Creed of Service: Love. Listen. Lift. 

Joy

Meet Joy, one of our dedicated Patient Coordinators and leaders at Glacier Dental with over 30 years of experience in the dental field. Starting as a certified dental assistant, she transitioned to office administration, working in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Joy excels in providing exceptional patient care across the board and ensuring smooth office operations.

Joy loves traveling to exotic destinations and learning about new cultures. She is an avid fan of Formula 1 and IndyCar racing, enjoys reading John Sandford, John Grisham, and Stephen King, and has a keen interest in meteorology, often watching The Weather Channel.

Joy’s dental expertise and enthusiasm make her an invaluable part of our team, ensuring every patient feels welcomed and cared for.

Hillary 

Hillary may be one of the first faces your see upon entering Glacier Dental. She has over 20 years of experience in customer service and patient care, with a diverse background that includes working as a CNA and bartender for over a decade. Hillary values each patient's unique needs and works extensively to ensure your experience meets your expectations. 


She has been a valued member of Glacier Dental's team for many years and feels like the office is a family to both the team and patients. Outside of work, Hillary enjoys spending time with her husband or their household pets, going on long walks, bicycle rides, and mini weekend adventures. 

Brian

Brian is one of our newest Patient Coordinators. While he is new to dental, Brian is not new to the medical field as he has spent over a decade as an Army Medical Operations Officer, completed an emergency medical technician program, a surgical technologist program, as well as the certified combat lifesaver course. Brian has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, a minor in leadership, and is ASIST trained. His dedication to self improvement and his technological prowess makes him a valuable member of our team at Glacier Dental.


Outside of his passion for dental, Brian is a dad, and a big Star Wars and TMNT fan who enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, camping, reading, and playing video games with friends while out of the office. He is excited to get to know you and be an asset for any of your administrative needs. 

Liz

Anna

Anna is our office Practice Integrator and a highly skilled Dental Assistant. Her favorite doctor growing up was the dentist, and loves to share that passion with everyone she meets. She really puts her best foot forward every day to bring comfort to your dental office experience. Anna has a bachelor's degree in Sociology, certified Level One Master Resilience Trainer, and is a Commissioned Officer in the Wisconsin Army National Guard.


When outside of the office, you'll always find Anna with her family. She enjoys watching her children achieve every milestone with growing up, and raising her two rescue dogs from a deployment. Anna is a huge fan of the entire Harry Potter series and loves the Wizarding World at Universal Studios. She looks forward to sharing these passions with you and connecting at your upcoming visit! 

Braelie

Braelie brings eight years of dental experience to her role as Patient Coordinator at Glacier Dental, having worked in both Wisconsin and Texas. Her background includes assisting with oral surgery, impressions, dentures, partials, and implants, along with extensive experience at the front desk—giving her a well-rounded understanding of both patient care and office coordination.

Before returning to dentistry, Braelie spent four and a half years living and working on a military base in Colorado, an experience that strengthened her appreciation for service, structure, and community.

Outside of the office, Braelie loves spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and four-wheeling with her dog, Taley. She also enjoys traveling, baking, and considers coffee an absolute necessity. Braelie is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive experience and helping every patient feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Liz

MacCahla

MacCahla brings warmth, energy, and a genuine love of people to her role as Patient Coordinator. She married her high school sweetheart in August 2025 and is currently pursuing her degree in Dental Hygiene at Fox Valley Technical College — so when she says she's passionate about dental care, she truly means it.

Outside the office, MacCahla is a proud dog mom to two Saint Bernards, Sully Mae and Hazel Grace, and has been riding horses competitively since she was a little girl with a background in saddleseat and hunter/jumper showing. Her horse Archie holds a special place in her heart.

When she's not at the barn, you'll find her staying active through workouts and Pilates, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying her love of shopping, coffee, and all things beauty.

Mara

Mara began working in dentistry during her junior year of high school and has been passionate about patient care ever since. With experience ranging from reception to dental assisting, she brings a well-rounded understanding of the patient experience and loves helping people feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.


Mara truly believes everyone deserves to feel confident in a beautiful, healthy smile and enjoys building genuine connections with patients while being a familiar, friendly face they can trust. She also has a passion for all things marketing and enjoys finding creative ways to connect with and serve the community.



Outside of the office, Mara loves spending time outdoors and adventuring with her English Springer Spaniel puppy, Oakley. She’s always looking forward to her next vacation and, if she’s not at work, there’s a good chance she’s online shopping! Mara also enjoys baking — especially sourdough and gluten-free treats.
